RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with an item you purchased online, in store (e-commerce order) you can exchange or return it and we will refund your purchase, if it is eligible for a refund.

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of the date of your purchase provided that the merchandise has not been opened or used, that it is in its original packaging and condition and that you present the original receipt. AuLit reserves the right at any time to refuse a return or exchange, as well as a refund of shipping and handling fees.

Please note that we only accept exchanges of items purchased online in store. In addition, any refund or balance on an exchange will be credited in the original form of payment, less shipping costs. In addition, if the retail price of the new item(s) selected is higher than the retail price of the returned item(s), you will have to pay the difference at the time of the exchange.

If you have placed your order online and would like the item(s) ordered to be reshipped to our warehouse for a return and refund, please contact our customer service representatives, who will be happy to assist you.

If you wish to return or exchange your purchases, please ensure that you keep the original packaging.

 

Restocking fees may apply. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
